Clintonville Businesses Weather Power Outage

Some
fared better than others, but most made do. That was the reaction as
the
Chamber Notes
contacted a number of members regarding the power outage. The week
long power outage in Clintonville certainly impacted both residents
and businesses. Above Malcolm Moore of Beechwold Hardware kept his
store open for folks who needed clean up supplies, and contractors.
Como Mower did a brisk business in generators, chainsaws, and chains.
Jack Smith and Weiland’s had power most of the week and were busy
places.
Chamber member Comfort Keepers, reported that their staff made over
400 visits to elderly throughout Columbus, their Clintonville office
staff used cell phones to keep in touch with clients and staff to
insure everyone was safe!
As
usual, Clintonville pulled together to make the best of a trying
situation and business continued to happen.
